Your body will thank you for these 15 minutes to undo rounded, hunched shoulders, open up front deltoids (shoulders), pectoral (chest) muscles and activate upper back muscles to relieve tight shoulders, decrease neck pain and improve circulation in your upper torso and spine. Great for everyone of any level!  Props: mat, full length foam roller, resistance band, your mind and body.
