Intro to Rocket Yoga

The Rocket Yoga practice is a progressive Ashtanga vinyasa flow, based upon the sequencing and teaching of Larry Schultz. This class will include sun salutations and standing postures, primarily derived from the Rocket I sequence. All levels are welcome. Expect a challenging, playful well-rounded experience.

Vinyasa Level 2

Intermediate Rocket Yoga

This dynamic vinyasa practice will focus more on the seated postures in a Rocket I sequence. Rocket Yoga is a progressive Ashtanga vinyasa style, and it uses the breath, bandhas, and dristhi to create a beautiful moving meditation.

Exploring Advanced Rocket Yoga: Part 1

This practice is a powerful, full body warmup, based upon the standing postures in Rocket Yoga -- a dynamic progressive Ashtanga vinyasa practice. We will work to find the rhythm of our breath and our movement, as well as exploring ways of incorporating inversions safely within the flow. Prepare to be playfully, peacefully challenged.

Exploring Advanced Rocket Yoga: Part 2

This practice explores many of the floor postures traditionally found in the Rocket II sequence. This includes exploring transitions with vinyasa, arm balances, backbends, and inversions. Practitioners should work at their own pace, respecting both current limitations and future potentialities.
