About This Collection
This series is a vinyasa-based series suitable for all levels emphasizing the proper use of props. Learn not only how to support yourself during your asana practice but why it is beneficial for your skeletal and nervous system. Props are not a sign of weakness... in fact, just the opposite! Come and see for yourself! What you'll need: First of all, if you have no props or prefer not to use them, that's fine and you will still enjoy these flows. Otherwise, the suggested props include 2-4 firm blocks, 1 strap, 1 bolster or cushion or blanket.
