About This Collection
This series for those of you who have little time to spare in the day but don't want to miss your work outs! Research has shown that you do not have to power though a straight hour of movement to get the benefits of regular exercise. Doing something consistently is the key. So maybe you do one of these blocks before work, one at lunch and one after. Or perhaps you just sneak one in and a walk for the day. Whatever you can do to get some kind of movement in daily and avoid burnout, do that! Hopefully these targeted mini flows can help you on your path to fitness success!
