About This Collection

This series is to help mobilize your joints. As we age, it seems that everything begins to stiffen up. Perhaps you've noticed this lovely phenomenon in your own body... or maybe, you'd like to slow down that part of the aging process. Whatever the case, this block of mini flows is here to increase your postural awareness, and hopefully the flexibility and mobility of your joints. Healthy & lubricated joints are happy & moveable joints! As always, mind your body and do not 'push through pain'. Some of these exercises may not be ideal for YOUR body so be sure to tune in and pay attention to it's needs.
