About This Collection

Creating Balance: This is a Yin Yoga class series designed to create physical, mental, and energetic balance for the practitioner. In today's busy and fast paced world it is often hard to neutralize the nervous systems, which creates an overly active mind. This activity is often transferred back and forth from the mind to the body and leads us to feel fatigued, sore, and out of balance. This series works with postures, breath, and meditation to achieve balance for the inner and outer selves. All the classes in this series are designed to be accessible to any level of practitioner. Because every body and every practice is different, some of the classes may be more challenging than others. Postural and prop modifications will be offered. Listen to your body and choose the variation that feels right for you at the moment of your practice. Happy practicing!
