Working with the Root Chakra contributes to feelings of safety and a strong foundation, from which you can build and grow towards your dreams and desires in life. Working with this energy center also helps to restore a healthy relationship with your physical body.

This meditation is intended to support you in feeling a connection to your 'inner flow'. This flow corresponds to your innate creativity, sensuality, prosperity, pleasure and emotions. Working with the Sacral Chakra supports us in releasing feelings of stagnation and being 'stuck' in life and is associated with the element of water, our inherent creative potential and our ability to trust the abundant flow of life. I invite you to consider the mantra: 'Feeling good is good for me...' while working with the Second Chakra.

This meditation is intended to support you in cultivating the qualities of inner strength, passion and self-confidence. If you ever feel like you edit your truth in order to please others or don't express yourself fully in fear of judgment from the outer world, this meditation will empower you to trust your gut (literally) and courageously go after your goals, despite what others may think. This practice helps to build self-trust, determination and a deep sense of worthiness.

This meditation is intended to support you in connecting with your heart, which is a place of deep wisdom. The heart represents the merging point between the physical and non-physical planes. If you have ever experienced heartbreak, pain or disappointment around the heart, it's possible that your heart may have closed (which is necessary for a period of time for protection and healing), however, if the heart remains closed or armored, it may be difficult to attract new love and opportunity into your life. This gentle practice encourages you to soften and open your heart to receive the abundance you deserve. The heart is also the center of compassion and courage, so get ready to strengthen these Divine qualities within your being.

This meditation is intended to support you in connecting with your 'sixth sense', or your intuition. It can be easy to deny our intuition, as oftentimes it is not logical or doesn't fit into the mind's plan of what we think 'should' be happening. This meditation gives you an opportunity to see beyond your physical eyes, beyond memory, beyond the mind and into a different dimension. Imagine being able to see that which has not yet happened but is on its way for you. If you have dreams, intentions, goals, and visions, or simply want to take a 'peek' at what the Universe has in store for you, this meditation will support you in connecting with your inner GPS system.

This meditation is intended to support you in letting go of the need to control life and outcomes and instead, tap into a state of trust that you are Divinely guided at all times. When we operate from a state of trust and surrender, we are able to relax, and that relaxed state is when new insight, ideas, 'downloads' and clarity can flow in from the Universe. This meditation will help you connect with higher guidance and awaken the ancient memory that you are a part of something much bigger than the mind. When your Crown is open, you become more receptive to the blessings of existence.
