If you have a lot of phlegm or a stuffed up nose, "leftovers" from your cold or flu, you may want to prop your head + lungs higher during the lying down postures. *** When your head is below your heart it will encourage a lot of that drainage to accumulate in the lungs/ nasal passages and that can sometimes be too much when the drainage is still dense and has less of a water consistency.
