In this sesh, we're turning our attention to the thoracic/mid spine – that's the sweet spot. We're rolling through all the moves: flexion, extension, lateral flexion, and rotation. Quick heads-up, though – not every move may be your body's cup of tea. Some could be a hard pass, and that's cool. Always respect your body's boundaries, start small, and gradually level up.
