A flexible spine is key to a pain free life. Aging, gravity and lifestyle can really stress out our backs; and a stressed spine is painful! Keeping a strong core and gluteal muscles is key to spine health, but flexibility of the vertebral column is just as important. In this session we will move the lumbar spine (low back) in all of it's ranges of motion; flexion, extension, lateral flexion and rotation. Some of these motions may be contraindicated (not advised) for your body. Always respect your limitations, work in small increments and build up to the full ranges, and NEVER push trough PAIN.
