This 30-minute All-Levels Vinyasa and Restorative style yoga sequence is specifically targeted to help you find relief in your body, mind, and heart! We explore back release poses, healthy and safe hip openers, neck-release poses, shoulder openers, and yoga therapeutics that are wonderful for every body, but especially over active athletes and the over-worked achievers and doers who could really use the extra self-care tune up to help shed those layers of tension and stress that we carry around. *No props necessary, but a blanket or face towel for the floor work could be helpful!
