Class 1: (Level 1) YANG Just because you're menstruating doesn't mean you have to stop moving. If you're feeling a bit more fiery, give this class a try. With a long warm up, and lots of hip, pelvic, and low back openers, this class is perfect for that time of the month when you're feeling cramps or bloating (we stay off our bellies too!). We end with some breathwork to help calm the nervous system and keep you grounded.
