Class 2: (Level 1) YIN This time of the month can make you feel completely exhausted. Believe me, I know! We'll move slowly in this class to open up hips, pelvis, and low back with some deep stretching. We'll end class with a 20 minute yoga nidra meditation to give your body the relaxation and rest it needs.
