While a strong core and glutes are pivotal for spine health, don't sleep on the importance of keeping your vertebral column flexible. In this session, we're diving deep into the cervical spine – that's the neck, folks. We're talking full-on exploration, hitting all the ranges of motion: flexion, extension, lateral flexion, and rotation. A heads-up though, not all these moves are a one-size-fits-all deal. Some might not vibe with your body, and that's cool. Always respect your limits, start small, and gradually dial it up. Oh, and here's the golden rule – never power through the pain. Let's keep it real and stay mindful of what your body is telling you.
