In this class we will practice the Hatha yoga version of Surya Namaskar A, a gentle yet energizing asana practice that will help to awaken the body, enliven the senses, and set you up in a positive light for the day ahead. Start your day with sun salutations and notice the difference and shift in your mood, energy and heart. This class is suitable for all levels.  Come as you are, leave inspired!
