INGREDIENTS 3 Tbs Honey 8 Dates 1/2 Cup almonds Juice of 8 limes 1/3 Cup green apple sauce 1 1/2 Cup rolled oats 1 Egg 1/2 Cup coconut sugar METHOD In a blender or food processor , blend (dates, lime juice, honey) until you have a nice and smooth paste. On a separate bowl mix almonds, oats, apple sauce, honey , coconut sugar and eggs. optional to add chia seeds.
