This practice is a powerful, full body warmup, based upon the standing postures in Rocket Yoga -- a dynamic progressive Ashtanga vinyasa practice. We will work to find the rhythm of our breath and our movement, as well as exploring ways of incorporating inversions safely within the flow. Prepare to be playfully, peacefully challenged.
